"Thank you" seems so inadequate for all of the tireless work, meals, laundry, housekeeping, yard work and chores as well as gifts and significant financial help.  Many of you were also there to "raise" Allison for us and put her on the right path during a very difficult year.  You were there to help us through our work and to handle the mound of insurance claims and you were there when we simply needed a listening ear or a shoulder to cry on.  We will be forever grateful for all you have done for us.  Making it through the terminal illness of a child is overwhelming and we could not have done it without God placing all of you in our path.  Many of you did not even know our family before and I feel that we will continue to grow together as a result of your love and compassion.  Please know that through it all, you have ministered to our family and many others that were closely watching.  Your faithful service made us and others understand what it means to be true Disciples of Christ.  Your actions most surely made others grow closer to God and had a greater impact on His Kingdom than any of us will ever know.
